Animation Progress Report
🕑 Added 2016-11-02 03:09:43 +0000 UTC Hello!I transferred all of the "meta" data to Yumi's final skin and put everything together. It has problems. I could hit the render button and send it out and it would be better than most of the stuff out there.. But it does not meet my quality standards. And you all deserve better.
The problem was I thought I could use the same meta model for Yumi as she grew. Turns out that was wrong. The bigger she gets, the more deformation problems there are. I will need to make a new meta model for each size and apply them one at a time..
Would it be too much to ask you all to give me a few days to sort this problem out before I start rendering? It's certainly a problem that would be an issue for future growth animations if I don't solve it now.
There is good news.. The animation aside from the technical issues is AWESOME. I really like it. And today was the first day I could finally see all of the pieces come together. I think you all are really gonna love this one. I just need to iron out the kinks.
