I wonder if Radatina feels like Seiji is trying to sow distrust between her and Yoshi. Has it been established whether the familiars might have had previous masters? Or are they created for each champion and imprinted with the knowledge they need?

Too Much Sanity May Be Madness

IIRC what lies at the centre of the Golden Sea, I don't know if the timelines would necessarily need to match.

Kadfimm

Unless they're currently active on Earth as a shadow organization _and_ already reached these levels of technology, I think the timelines don't match.

Narf

Seiji suffering from a serious case of empathy again. Shows that he's not half as weary and world-worn as he often likes to pretend to be. If he was, he'd care a lot less about what people do to each other. But good on him that he can still find it in himself to care.

In relation to this, is there a specific channel on the discord that allows for any and all spoilers? I feel like either books spoiler channel wouldn't really work.

"She tossed a ring of metal keys across the room to Zui, who snagged them out of the air and began trying them on Maugro’s cell door, muttering in annoyance." Should be "Maizo's cell"

Tfuj Stary

" ... and began trying them on Maugro’s cell door" I'm pretty sure his name is Maizo ;)

Too Much Sanity May Be Madness

As someone up to date on both this and TGAB... No, nothing about the latter has been relevant thus far. This chapter seems to indicate that Clarke's Third Law is in play for this series, which could indicate a connection... But it also could just be a trope the author likes.

Ian Tonelli

As of now no, though even knowing they're possibly related may ruin some of the fun from TGAB.

Some people seem to be mentioned the gods are bastards, is this series in the same universe as that, as in do I need to read that to fully understand this world?

Wingless

I am 100% down for a shared universe in that vein. Beyond down, I'm so far down I've looped around.

Nth

The bonus chap mentioned the possibility that the two goddesses were kicked out of the Ayoha (race of gods). Maybe the ayoha are the infinite order and the two sisters stole some tech before leaving to make their own weeb planet.

Wolfkit

The smart thing for Radatina to do here would be to explain about the Devil King, because at least then she could have put her own spin on it. Instead of, you know, drawing attention to how much she doesn't want Yoshi to have this knowledge.

Too Much Sanity May Be Madness

Huh. Could this be Infinite Order tech? I certainly wasn't expecting this to be a TGAB spin-off, but it suddenly seems like a possibility.

Luker number 5

Into the bottle it goes. It answers the questions or it gets shaken yes it does! I'm just waiting for the reveal that the goddesses are just two twits that found the cheat codes to this reality.

Ian Tonelli

So like, the goddesses are definitely infinitely powerful right? I'm also curious if there's a secret order on this planet. Anyways, I know a couple other people have also been thinking that for a while.
