Motanium

Makes sense, the vampire gets all the blood from the bodies as well as disposable minions, best of both worlds

Daemion

While alchemical zombies point to a different type of vampire, Seiji should have told them about the entire myth. Vampires often can enthrall people and turn into bats, mist, a wolf and so on. In most cases vampires themselves are undead as well, so they might have cold bodies and are resistant or even immune to pain. Knowing all this might lessen the surprise if the vampire uses those abilities. As long as everyone understands that 90% of the folklore might not apply in this case I'd rather have the warning instead of being kept in the dark.

Nah, Rhydion has made it pretty clear he knows Seiji is the Healer.

Al

Probably a bit of each. I think someone mentioned a relative getting teleported but making their way back, but there's also that Vanderhoen guy, who probably took advantage of the same explanation.

Too Much Sanity May Be Madness

Also, if Seiji is still trying to distance himself from The Healer, maybe displaying an uncommon familiarity with slimes is a bad move.

MrHrulgin

Pneumatic puppets? That explains why anything that would destroy the heart or head would do a good job finishing them off; you can't really maintain pressure in a system once there's big gaps in the piping.

Too Much Sanity May Be Madness

Wait wait wait wait wait wait. Can Seiji do that to a "living" zombie? Can he steal the witch's undead army with one of his most basic spells?

Russell Todd

They probably are if the goddesses are setting up their champs with plausible deniability

Sleepless

The fact that teleportation of random people who don't speak the local language is a relatively common occurrence makes me wonder if all of them are actually from Ephemera.
