Talia 1 & 2 Progress Report

First of all I want to apologize to you. I took a gamble that LW2020 would come out in a timely manner to help speed up the rendering. For this reason I wanted to boost the render quality to look as good as can be; a step above previous animations.
LW2018 was released Jan 1, 2018. LW2019 was released Jan 22, 2019.
But I lost the gamble. January is almost over and LW2020 is still not out. It has been announced so it is on it's way. It may come out today, it may come out next week. But it would have been so much more helpful if it came out weeks ago.
The rendering speed dipped waaay down early yesterday when there was a tight close-up. Frames were taking 30 minutes each. Insane. The camera is on a different angle now and frames are a more reasonable (but still long) 15 minutes each. We are getting close to the rendering being 2/3rd complete.
I'm just... Really sorry. You have all been waiting a long time for this and it's just crawling. I'll post a poll before rendering Talia's 2nd animation asking you what you want as far as quality vs. speed. By that time LW2020 will be out and you will have seen Talia's first animation. But that's a while from now. Maybe my next major purchase should be building a 2nd computer to help with rendering. Maybe LW2020 will give such a speed boost this will be much less of an issue. Anyway...
In Talia's 2nd animation I have all of the motion capture data retargeted to Talia's rig except for her hands and feet. Feet I usually animate manually (Feet by hand?)
It's looking very promising so far.
