This is my favourite bedtime audio, love the detail which you manage to make sound sexy. Who would thunk it. 💋

Heey - thank-you so much for taking the time to comment or read the discussions on this post. Although I can’t reply to new comments here now, I’ll still be returning to read and ❤️ them from time-to-time, so even if you feel a bit late to the party please say hi! Much love, 💜🧔🏻💐Matthew

Hahaha - I'm glad you found it, Steff! I'm so proud of this in a way because I had a lovely nurse comment on YouTube that it was the most accurate doctor ASMR she'd ever heard! 😂Hope it gives you a relaxed sleep again soon! 💜

Steff

Idk how I never heard this one, I must've gone straight for the NSFW stuff and skipped right over this when I joined smh lol. Clearly I was missing out, this was lovely! I fell asleep right away last night and restarted this whenever I woke up. Thank you, Dr. Tower. 😌❤

Alena

By teasing you mean calling someone batman hangover face, or something like that? 😄 Okay, so shitty was probably too strong. But perhaps you bite your nails? Leave your dirty clothes all over the place? Or at least please say that you snore 🙏😉😂

Hey Alena - thanks for the lovely note and I love the Scratchy t-shirt! 😁 I want to feel that magical massage technique goddamn it!! My shoulder rub machine doesn’t quite cut it. Which - thank you for reminding me- I got halfway through making a massage audio which I need to finish. 😉 And haha! I really hope there’s nothing shitty about me!! I can occasionally tease a little too much or too long but I’m getting better at knowing when it’s enough, and I’m pretty good at apologies…🥺🙏🏻 Thanks for finding me!! 💜xx

Sorry for the ramble, TLDR version is "you're the best and all the praise from all the wonderful women in the comments is totally true and very much deserved". Y'all so out of my league it's not funny 🤓 Anyway... I had a friend once who worked as a masseuse for a while and was interested in acupressure and such. She used to do this thing when she would stand behind you, hold you by the shoulder and rub small circles on your back whith her thumb. It was a party trick really, because everyone just completely melted in her hands 🤤😄 I don't know if there is some secret spot there, between the shoulder blades, but slightly higher, closer to your neck and head. Or maybe it was just about applying the right pressure. Anyway the feeling was so intense, spreading through your whole body, tingling and buzzing, making your head spin. I've never felt anything like that since, but this audio is the closest thing. I'm kind of obsessed with it 😊 What I wanted to say is, having discovered your account on PH and then here on patreon just made this year worth it (yeah, I know it's only August 😂 ). I originally went there to check some other guy suggested to me, but listening to his audios I was like "what, wtf, hell no". But there you were in the recommended section and I was like oooh, so that's what it's supposed to be like, and I count myself lucky, because I found the best one on the second try 😎 You're talented and original obviously, and the added combination of sexy, funny and kind is quite heady. Stay gold, kiwiboy 😘💙🦄 (On the other hand, maybe you could reveal some really shitty thing about yourself. That way I could stop thinking about you as some holy grail of a man who takes his grandma for coffee and can "hold a tune".)

💙Oh I missed this comment earlier, D! The layering sounds very cool 😁 - I will have to play around with it myself sometime! xx

These have been so interesting to dig into and experiment with. This one played simultaneously with the heartbeat led to dreams which is unusual for me as I don't hit much REM typically. Wondering if it's the binaural elements (which are freaking fantastic btw... especially the whisper from behind which brought huge shivers!) triggering REM similarly to how we use binaural beats to trigger REM in EMDR trauma therapy. Anyhow I've been playing around with playing other tracks simultaneously with the heartbeat to layer my favorite elements with an acoustic guitar track in the background.... might have slept 14 hours Friday night. 🤯 mindblown. Let me know when you're ready to commission a piece! 🤣❤🤔
