Thank you β€οΈ yes, I spider the fingers and use them to control/ balance the handstand :) if the body is in perfect alignment/ stacked then all you need to use is the fingers to help control the balance π

Wonderfull, Thank you Rosie. luv ya....Question...i've noticed that when you do hand stands or push ups that you curl your fingers up rather than lay them flat. is this a trick of the trade ? i have'nt noticed others do so
