It’s so hard to put these kind of things into words… but Bojack Horseman does it for me.
Never have I found a show that attacked me so personally. These last two episodes of Season 3 were devastating. They just gut punch me and knocked me to the floor. Honestly I’m still there as I edit this.

I'm just fucked up tonight because I happened to see the front page of the local newspaper and a former best friend was apparently found dead in the woods a few days ago. I've been crying intermittently since then. Goddamn it. What the hell happened?! I'm in shock. - EDIT - I'm sorry, I'm oversharing, but I'm just really broken right now.
