PROJECT UPDATE

Been busy and haven't found the time to write an article about the current work in progress. From now on I promise to write every week, because the work on the project is in active phase and there is a lot of news to tell you.
And so. At the moment I have done a lot of work and the future update of the project will be the transition from the alpha version, to the beta version.
At the moment I'm busy making global changes to the characters and their interactions with the world. Now I'll explain what prompted the revision of the character work as a whole.
While working on a tribe of savages, I decided to provide a pregnancy feature for them. Because the player will be able to invite them to live in his village and will also be able to marry the daughters of the tribe's chief.
I thought it would not be unreasonable to make a pregnancy cycle, but it requires a skeleton feature that will account for such additions.
This idea made me reconsider the skeleton of the characters as a whole. So all the female characters, including the android, had to be revised because they use a common structure.
As you can understand, male characters were also changed, because the experiment with female characters helped to better optimise the body mesh and reduce the weight of animations (which is very pleasing, because the final weight of the files and the game itself was significantly reduced).
Now I have to update the entire system of the main character's interactions with the world around him. That's what I'm doing at the moment.
Therefore, instead of making another round of updates to version 1.7 with technical improvements, I will make a small tweak but with more global changes in optimisation, characters and game mechanics straight into version 1.0 beta.
I've also taken into account some of your posts about the main character's appearance. Considering that the game is played by different people, basic modifications of the main character will be added (this is not a Korean online game and detailed customisation is not necessary) but I will add a change of character type by race and in the future I will expand this feature with other races and species (for those who want to change the difficulty or have an alternative start of the game, etc).
A word of warning. I'm not going to make the main character a female character. There are plenty of women in all games now, and developers are leaving less and less room for creative flight and imagination for men. For those who want to play as a female character, I will add a feature to play as an android. This will be logically conditioned by the game mechanics, which will not break the overall style of the game.
That's probably all of the most important things at the moment.
I will now write more frequently about the progress of the development so that the updates are shorter and more informative.
In the near future will be released a full beta version of the project in which I will describe all the changes.

im having an issue with quests updating, i build a weapon and the quest doesnt update i go to the big island and it also doesnt update also are there supposed to people in the village or is it meant to be empty
