You receive updates as long as you have a subscription. If you cancel, you still have 30days access to content and updates. If you buy the track pack, you get all maps that are public rn, but no access to updates. Still, I would say the things I have listed in the shop are in a rather "finnished" state, updates usually make tracks bigger, making it worth to buy again or keep a subsription
