i personally liked drawing these sections cos i wanted to show how much they've grown while they were apart, xingqiu had felt lowkey abandoned when chongyun left for years so he's feeling a mix of pride but also wistfulness? abt all these changes :")
meanwhile chongyun's also feeling some type of way abt xingqiu's growing number of fans and new friends, i hc that he's always felt some insecurity wrt xingqiu since they're very different in this way
