Oh this is FANTASTIC!!! Wing aus are some of my favorites so whenever I see it combined with hkvh is my 2 perfect worlds colliding. I've always adored preening being a sign of love and trust in these aus too so it's so beautiful seeing it shown here as the turning point in their relationship! I also LOVE the call back to their childhood with Alhaitham shielding Kaveh now that their older with his wings... finally big enough to actually do it. Sooooooo sweet!!
