I'm beyond excited about this—with years of experience in fitness and helping both myself and others find the right approach to our journeys, I'm always looking for ways to make fitness a more inclusive space. This is why the January 2025 calendar will feature an inclusive and interactive macro calculator designed to be accessible to a wider variety of body types, hormonal profiles, and identities!

This month’s calendar is all about your goals. You will be able to choose from three different fitness approaches, each supported by their own version of the workout calendar to help you adapt to this specific direction and support you in achieving it!

download the workout calendar PDF below in the attachment of this post! This calendar is interactive! It will allow you to click the day of your workout and access it directly!
The calculator contains a some Javascript, it runs better on Chrome, Adobe Acrobat and other pdf readers, so far MS Edge is the only one not allowing the calculator so please avoid this PDF reader !
So how does it work:
1. First, download the Workout Calendar PDF in the attachments of this post (the digital version is clickable and the links will directly lead you to your workouts, and printing it is also a good way to motivate yourself by checking the days that were done)
2. Make sure you have your mat, a towel and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Other equipment and weights are optional.
And that's it! You have to do the workouts of the day 3 times each (except 1 exception which will be indicated in the corresponding calendar !) ! See the What's new part for more information.
