Barry floated in stasis, his once vibrant red suit now dull and corrupted by thin black veins that pulsed with ancient malevolence. The Anti-Life Equation had claimed the Scarlet Speedster long ago, turning the man who had outrun time into a prisoner of his corrupted flesh. His Speed Force aura had dimmed from a brilliant golden lightning storm to occasional flickers—like dying fireflies in winter.
Raj stood before the chamber with focused determination. Without flourish, he activated only the essential Eidolon stars:

His attention turned to Victor again. "Tell Bart... he carried the legacy. Even when I..." His voice broke. "Even when I betrayed everything it stood for. The Speed Force chose right when it chose him."
The lightning in Barry's eyes flickered golden for the briefest moment—a last glimpse of the hero he had been.
"Tell Iris..." he began, then stopped. Whatever message he had for his wife remained unspoken. Perhaps some things were beyond words, even for a man who had moved faster than thought.
His final words were simpler: "Run. All of you. Not away. Towards what matters. I spent too long running from pain... should've been running toward love."
Then he was gone. No explosion of light. No dramatic burst of energy. Just stillness—like a candle flame that doesn't smoke when extinguished, just ceases.
Above, Zatanna's hands lowered slowly as she finished her detection spell.
"Victor..." Her voice carried both certainty and relief. "No echoes. No fragments. His spirit's been released. Not trapped. Not torn. Just... free."

"What?" Lizzie's voice cracked. "You've had my mother locked away without telling me?" The Lasso at her hip began to glow, responding to her emotional state.
"Why keep this from us?" Jonathan demanded, hovering slightly off the ground again, fists clenched at his sides. "They're our parents!"
"Because they're not your parents anymore," Raj replied softly. "Not completely. Just like Barry wasn't Barry. Not until the end."
The revelation hung in the air between them, devastating in its implications.
Jonathan shook his head, his voice quiet but carrying the unmistakable Kent gravity. "She might have wanted this... if it spared her from becoming something she wasn't." "If you find Wally..." Bart's voice broke, speaking the name of his other mentor lost to the Anti-Life months earlier. "If you find him, and he's like that..." His hand gripped Raj's arm, trembling with emotion. "Don't let him keep running. Please. He wouldn't want that."

"No." Raj's response was immediate and firm. "Just a translator. The soul speaks. I listen." He turned toward Victor. "You heard it too. In your readings. In your data. The Anti-Living were telling us for years. We just couldn't understand their language."
Jonathan moved closer to Lizzie, his hand hovering near her shoulder—not quite touching, but offering support. "If there's a chance to free them like you freed Barry..." he said to Raj, voice steady despite his obvious emotion. "I want to see my father. Even if it's to say goodbye."
Lizzie nodded slowly, grief and hope warring on her face. "My mother deserves that much."

The unspoken names hung in the air: Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash—Wally West. Heroes turned harbingers of Anti-Life.
Everyone turned to Raj, the newcomer who had accomplished what years of science and magic had failed to do.
He stepped forward, his voice quiet but carrying a finality that silenced the room.
"I have a plan. But you won't like it."
The lights in the war room dimmed momentarily, as if the very foundation of S.T.A.R. Labs shuddered at the thought.
