I honestly can't think of any shows that have the same vibe as severance, its so unique. the only other shows in recent years that have had me as hooked are probably succession and invincible.

Such an amazing & eye opening story. I just finished it this morning , now I’m on YouTube watching the videos of how they made their “ one shot” episodes . It’s such a thought provoking show , so I hope it encourages those necessary conversations between parents & child

I’ve heard severance was good, definitely on my list to watch. Since you’re watching GoT already, house of the dragon should be next after you finish. It’s by far one of my favorite shows

Very different in scope to the two that you mentioned but I watched a miniseries this weekend called Adolescence and I thought it was really thought provoking and the acting was fantastic. Subject matter is a little heavy though so it could depend on what kind of mindset you are in and the best thing of all that's only four episodes of maybe 45 minutes each.

Yeah I think we're still in that golden age of TV. It's just that there are so many shows on so many little streaming networks here and there that you don't hear about all of them anymore unless they go super viral.

Severance is so good!! It reminds me that we can still get original/interesting ideas made in media. Hopefully you get good recs because I need something to replace severance as well now the season is done.

yellowjackets!! it's a dark comedy/horror (?) about a girls soccer team that gets stranded in the wilderness when their plane goes down and it's one of the best shows of the last decade imho. other great shows idk if you've seen: chernobyl, the first season of true detective, last of us, the boys

It’s truly one of the best shows as of this decade no doubt! From is a good show with interesting themes and good performances, there are 3 seasons out and I highly recommend going into it blind

Completely different but omg the best show I’ve seen in years is Interview with the Vampire (the amc series). The lead is Jacob Anderson who’s also in GOT

Better Call Saul and Dark are my favorites! Dark is a German mystery/drama/suspense show that's about 30 episodes. BCS is the prequel to breaking bad. Kinda enjoyed it more than breaking bad at times!
