News and changes

Chapter 2.
In progress. There are several pieces of news connected to it at once.
First News. I decided to combine Сhapters 2 and 3 into one. Mainly because they are conceptually similar and, in a sense, have a common theme. Therefore, from a narrative point of view, it makes no sense to divide them into different chapters.
Second News. As a consequence Chapter 2 became a big one. I mean it. This girl got so fat in my plans... Oops, I mean, she got significantly bigger than she should have been. Not surprising, considering how much content has to be, ahem, pushed into her.
And here we come to the problem. Namely, my plans to release updates strictly chapter by chapter. These have been canceled. At least Сhapter 2 will be released in parts. I don't want the game to hang around without updates for who knows how long. And, given the new size of Chapter 2… that would have happened if I hadn't changed my plans.
What can I tell you about Chapter 2 without spoilers?
Road adventures! And dangers! And encounters! And-and-and... you got the idea. Nope, that's not a spoiler. Obviously, since we're hitting the road, we'll be on the road before the first major city. And something will be happening...
If Chapter 1 is kind of expositional and takes one, albeit eventful day, then Chapter 2 will cover a couple of game months. If Chapter 1 is more about introducing the protagonist, her world and society, then Chapter 2 is more about establishing relationships with her new companions. If Chapter 1 has one global objective, then Chapter 2 is more of a set of many different "road" adventures, with freedom of action within them.
The quality of the maps has also increased. And there will be more of them. A lot more. I think I got a lvl up at making maps, if not a couple. I hope you like them. I'm even thinking of slightly improving the quality of the Chapter 1 art so that the difference isn't as glaring. But that's not a priority for now.
When to expect?
When it's ready. Thanks to the structure of Chapter 2, it easily "splits" into smaller parts. Each such part will be an update. If all goes well, sometime around December, I'll see how much content I have ready and if there's enough, that will be the update. I still don't want to release too short "stumps", each update should have something to play, even if it's just part of a chapter (remember, a big chapter).
New numbering of updates.
The game will now be released in "versions" instead of "chapters".
Where the first number means a completely finished chapter. For example v. 1.0, v. 2.0, v. 3.0 and so on are, respectively, completely finished chapters one, two, three, and so on.
The second number denotes the approximate degree of completion of the next chapter. For example, version 1.3 would mean that it has a completely finished first chapter and ~ 30% of the second chapter.

It can be downloaded under this post. Also on F95zone.to or Itch.io. These are the places where I post the game myself. Any other sites, for now, may contain old, buggy versions of the game.
Changes in 1.0
1. Removed the Back to Abilities, Back to Ethnos, and Back to Origin sections from the character generation. They are redundant and, unfortunately, contained a mistake in the code that could have caused a critical bug that could potentially make the game unplayable in the future.
How do you know if you caught this bug or not? While playing, you should have access to specific clickable choices for your Origin only. If this is not true and you also have clickable (non-gray) dialogs and actions, as well as text descriptions, from any other Origin = you have this bug. Saves with it are corrupted.
The easiest way to solve the problem is to delete these saves, download version 1.0 or higher and start a new game.
Everyone else has nothing to worry about! If you didn't have access to other Origins options during the game, then everything is fine and your saves are valid.
2. Corrected typos and grammatical errors in Chapter 1. At least the ones I found.
3. Changelog section added to the game.

If you want more, download the archive below this post with samples. Be not afraid of spoilers. Well, almost. Due to the increased size of the chapter, the entire location from the archive went "in reserve", as it is somewhat filler. You may or may not see them in the game. Because of the potential size of Chapter 2, I'm not sure I'll need "filler" episodes. But you can gauge the quality of the new maps from these samples.
