The model requires Cuamanager plugin by blazedust, for the assets.
If this puglin is still not installed in your game, you can get it here:

Select all the link> Right Click>Open link>Download>Extract into main game folder.

If you are noob with cuamanager, and you want loading this look in other scenes, follow this little guide for fixing the bald look:
OpenMainUi>SessionsPlugins>Addplugin>Selectfile>Look for Blazedustsessionplugincuamanager in Shorcuts>Click on Add_ME>Accept the pugling>Click on the green button [CUAM]Append and check my presets, after you extracted the Yaku6HarukaSawamuraCuaManagerPresets file.
Take here my presets for this look:

Select all the link> Right Click>Open link>Download>Extract into main game folder.

Also! I forgot talking about the ParentholdLink plugin, from blaze dust.
If you still don't know this plugin, you can get it here:
https://mega.nz/file/jVtGzbKA#-swmhmLzyTQrAfpC0RkeTcZDFHlBBva-MeGDhB2Ii7o
It's a plugin for fixing the asset floating on the Model. This time no need guide, since i will add now this plugin in my presets.

The Cuamanager and ParentholdLink download links both request a decryption key. Is that available?
