They did say her name, it is Samantha aka...Lilith...lol. As far as Roy, when he was hooked up to that machine he was being pumped with more marakuru, to go through him first then into the other people. I have to say Stephen Amell does the most amazing job of his character, he knows him better than a whole lot of actors out there, from being a entitled little ass to a hero, and he does it almost every episode. He literally plays 3 different people on a weekly basis, from voice to the way he walks. I just love him.... :)
