the one annoying thing about these shows is the different rules of time travel. the flash goes by the rule of if theres time travel time fractures / cracks. in legends if they time time travel they can fix their mistakes without cracking time. Now in the case of reverse flash without spoilers, barry cracked time remember, so this version of reverse flash is free to do watever he wants.
