To trigger Rachel you need to have at least muscle level 1 when doing her second event, then she will size drain you during sex. Amanda doesn't grow yet, just have her sprite ready.

You have to be at least muscle level 2 or 3 and the work out in gym class, she will invite you. The church content ends after the fight, to get the mansion to show up you need to have at at least level 2 or 3 for every sex skill, then mafia lady will recruit you.
