The guy TK was hooking up with is Carlos, he is a cop and close friends with Michelle. Firefighters- Owen (Cap), Judd(the only survivor, TK, Paul, Marjan and Mateo. Then the Paramedics- Michelle(Cap), Nancy and Tim. As for cops - Carlos. and 911 operator Grace(Judd's wife.)
