Is there a video player I can load this into with a jog shuttle feature so I can advance it one frame at a time?

The upcoming mini animation is so far the last one that is planned (unless something changes), so I was hoping to create something special before posting that, but I couldn’t do it in time. So now the idea suggestion post is going to be done the same way they are usually done.

I've wondered: since you aim to release these animations at the end of every month, why would you shorten your available work time by delaying the idea submission post?
