Voice Acting Tryouts (2018)
🕑 Added 2018-07-05 02:56:50 +0000 UTC Hi there y'all ^^After very careful consideration, I felt that indeed the latest animation could benefit from some unique voice acting fitted to the story. I thought about ways of doing this, and thanks to all your feedback on a previous post I had on this subject, I decided to give it a try. Therefore, I am gonna hold some auditions of sorts. I've never done something like this before, but let's see how it goes~ ^^
So, I'm thinking of keeping it open to everybody as to not limit the options. Keep in mind, this is totally an optional thing only if you wanna help out, you are not bound to anything if decide not to go through with it either. If you do get chosen and you voice the character, your name will be shown in the opening credits (if you so choose). Also, if you don’t get picked specifically this time around, I might keep you in mind for future ones if it feels like your voice could perhaps fit another role.
For these “general tryouts”, I will provide some lines for you to read and record, and based on your style, you might get chosen to voice either Nate or Jacob. Oh, yeah, they got names now! XD For the sake of clarity haha.
After the two get selected, I will send them the script for Animation #8. I’m trying to get a rough of the entire animation finished so that y’all could voice while having a visual to time it with.
So, if you wanna try it out, please direct message me your audition file (must be in an audio format) during the audition time period which is: July 4th - 11th. You can upload the file to an online storage site like Google Drive or Dropbox and then paste the shareable link to the file on to the direct message.

You can record using either the general audition lines, or use the script for the previous animation (Or even both if you feel like it! Lol)

Some notes:
•Keep the audio as clear as possible, with as minimal background noise as you can
•Do not edit or add effects your voice. I will handle that part when in final editing. What I am looking for currently is your unique voice to see if it matches the character. The voice when getting bigger will come later ^^
•Make sure you are comfortable making sex / growth noises, cause there will be a LOT of that in this one. Lol.

It could be fun indeed, but I'd feel pretty weird listening to my own voice in the completed video. Have you decided on your voice actors yet?
