Nevarky Patreon General Update October 6th 2019 (Intercourse with the vampire, new short and more)
🕑 Added 2019-10-06 17:37:06 +0000 UTC Hello everybody! This is gonna be a general update so sit tight and read through.
First and foremost, the short has been done for a couple of days now, and just today it released for pledges of $5 or more, so if you are in these tiers or wanna upgrade, you can watch the short right now here. If not you can wait until Friday when it’ll release for every other patron, or if you are not a patron, you can wait till the 25th when it’ll release for the general public.
This was a huge challenge to take on, sometimes it felt like I was gonna be working on it forever and never release it, but is thanks to all your support, past and current, doesn’t matter if you pledge once for a dollar and stopped, or if you went beyond and still support me to this day, is thanks to you that we made it this far, so sincerely thank you!
So what Now?
Icons
You are probably wondering what comes next, the first and most important thing is to work on icons, I owe a lot of icons to people, I haven’t forgotten, I decided months ago to switch my focus to the short so the icons ended up suffering because of that, but I’m going to be working on them next week and they shouldn’t take more than a week or 2 to finish (most probably less).
New Short
After the icons are done, I have plans to start a new short, I want to be a little more ambitious with it, but I’m sadly a little limited to the budget, still, I have work arounds if worst comes to worst, right now I have to kinda divide my time between freelance work and patreon, it would be awesome to be able to spend all my working time on the shorts because that way they would look better and take less time, but as long as we are more or less in the rage of the 600.00 goal, I’ll keep working on shorts. I have a very rough idea of what I want to do for the next short so there’s definitely going to be a period of planning, so I ask you to please be patient while I figure things out, it shouldn’t take longer than a couple of weeks, but is important to get it right.
Patron changes
2 days ago I made a couple of changes to the patreon:
-I added a new Tier “Producer” this is basically to go the extra mile if you wanna support the shorts, you get everything from the $5.00 tier plus your name/nickname/brand in the credits of any new short, this tier is $15.00, if you are interested you can upgrade here.
-Changed the third goal to $2,000.00 it may sound like a lot, but if we ever get here I want it to be an amount I’m comfortable taking to basically say no to any freelance work, considering patreon and paypal fees, this is the minimum.
-Added a new Goal, for $4,000.00 I can look for constant help, be it animation, backgrounds, coloring, whatever it may be, this is kinda day dreaming at this point, but is good to be prepared just in case, reaching the 2,000.00 should be more than enough to speed the production a lot.

I'm sorry but I try to give priority to people that go the extra mile, it has always been this way since the 5 dollar tier was introduced over a year ago, this doesn't mean however that the short is exclusive to them, $1.00 tier patrons get access this Friday 11th.
