I've always been a fan of tapping on glass jars, some with water some without. I can't remember if you've done that one yet or not, I watch a lot of ASMR and can't keep track of who's done what. Edit: Well never mind I just watched the video. Maybe some soft humming or singing. Just tapping on whatever you have around that you think might be cool to show off works too.
