I am working on the videos today! I had a bit of a mental health crisis the past few weeks and had to take care of myself before I could take care of y’all. So do not worry! I hope your mental health is rebounding. I also have issues with mental health. I've been looking into transcranial magnetic stimulation as a way of relieving my depression symptoms, as it seems the meds alone might not be enough, but I'm only thinking about it.
