So far, I haven't seen any drastic weight loss, but I'm trying to eat better. I had been eating a lot of carbohydrates and neglecting vegetables, fruits and other nutrients. I will improve that. I will also increase my exercise to achieve a healthy body.

I don't think merely eating more carbs in your diet will cause blood in stool. Could be something more serious... 😦
