Ahhhhhhhhh
🕑 Added 2025-04-28 16:29:12 +0000 UTCI just recovered two days ago, but now I feel like I'm gonna faint from high blood pressure.
80-100 was a mess. I'm just finishing it. I'm not doing 101-130 anymore for this week to save my remaining braincells and relieve my stress since I can't deal with strong depression right now.
In total, the only delivered chapters are 140 in length of 85 chapters. (16-100)

I'm effectively not using the rest of the files the random person gave me anymore. The first 50 chapters were fine. Some cutting corners and just shortening paragraphs causing to lose more content and plot context were something easy to fix.
The 51-80-100 is a nightmare. Not only that all paragraphs are heading towards being a summarized version of themselves, the story wree slowly being distorted to a degree. Let's not even talk about missing chapter titles and numbering, these caused me to deal with the original text more than that and causing me to lose time. Heck, after 70, the original MTL version is more accurate than that. Not only I have a self sabotaging file, I also have to waste more time going to the original text or MTL version than I do normally when doing OHDOM in my usual way. I just recovered completely last Saturday and this is what I have to work with?
Sorry, I wanted to rant more but I'm afraid my blood pressure will act.
This will be also an announcement. I'm not accepting any EN translated chapters.
I accepted that one because I'm more of a reader than an Editor and I'm doing this to read more stuff and eventually write my own fics. I have limited time to do all of these stuff and I'm squeezing this with my IRL stuff, not easy, but manageable. So I was excited when someone gave me EN translated chaps of OHDOM. After all, main reason why I'm doing these is to have an accessible way of reading my fav fics or genres from CN while sharing them to people.
And now we are here.
Essentially, what I learned here is that not everybody has the same level of passion to a certain goal. Nor they are meticulous enough to keep up with other's work.
