The Codex
🕑 Added 2023-02-27 16:17:50 +0000 UTCHere it is, the codex! I just figured out how to use image buttons and other Ren'Py code to make it efficient and less janky
That's the reason why I didn't include it on the upcoming 0.6.4 bug fix (which I'm uploading now). What's the purpose of this? Well, aside from being a long-planned feature (since 0.2.0, that's Act I - Chapter 2!), this will help squeeze in a lot of information that the characters might already know, in order to lessen expositions in the story (having one character explain the entire concept of the serum would be boring).
It would also help players keep track of who they met, where they got to, and every info they got from the game so far. It's still W.I.P., and it'll be interactive, meaning info you miss from the game won't be shown, while a tally of info you do discover will be.
That's about it. I'mma get back to it now. Cheers!
