The whole page seems to be a reference to the latest game, and if I remember correctly. There is a lot of stuff to collect in that game, making you lost for hours, so the truck with those greenish things are probably related to that.

Ok, so I'm not getting it. What's in the truck that he wants to hide? If it were gold coins I could understand that or mushrooms. But the greenish things go right over my head (disclosure: I haven't regularly played Mario in 18 years).
