I think it's more just that our immune systems tend to be more compromised. Most parents take much better care of their kids health needs than their own (not a parent myself but I know how bad I am about that stuff and I only have one 8-12 hour job and myself to look out for).

Oh man, this is so true. I don't know how you experience it, but i found that Kids management to "level up" every disease before passing it on to you
