Post "A Cozy PO Box Opening!" by "Rachel Maksy" from patreon

Suzy Turner

I can totally understand why people want to send you gifts, Rachel. I discovered your channel just a few months ago and I love nothing more than to binge watch as many of your videos as possible. There have been days, when I've watched so many that you've literally been in my dreams LOL. LOVED seeing Frodo in the Harry Pawter gear LOL x

Christian Zaino

New to the fellowship!! I've been a Maksian for just about a year now. Loved this video!! More POBUB (P.O. Box unboxing) vids would be great!!

_WASP_666

Idk about you, but I’ve never connected more to people than with the friends I had (and still have, even tho we live further apart) in high school and I have to say, you would fit right in with us as if you had been there the whole entire time. Just your interests and references to pop culture and such just hits home in every way 😊❤️✌🏻

S Torrens

I really enjoy unboxing videos, and just getting a chance to chill and "hangout" while you get fun surprises is great. So happy to be in the Fellowship 💜

Kim Ladouceur

Cristine of Simply Nailogical/Holo Taco fame closed her PO box in 2020, she is still opening mail from 2018! You've got this!

Annie Ingram

Dude Frodo and I share a birthday. I feel honored.

Aimée Town

So cuuuuute!! ✨🌙✨

Mama Turtle

💜🖤💜🖤

Britney

i’ve missed frodo in videos so this was tip-top lovely

Dianna

Oh no! I totally sent you a package in dec but I didn't see you open it in the video. It said it was delivered dec 12th. It had a lot of old timey photos and a coloring book that was over the garden wall themed

Susan Marshall

My roommate and I Loved the video!! Can't wait to send you something as well!

Willa

What is your PO box address?! I'd love to send you a letter and art!

Marijean Rue

I like the "Schmwa" noise as a closer.

Amanda Upchurch

WOW! HOW DID I MISS THAT??? LOL 😆 🤣 😂 Did I not watch to the end? Meh beh.... Thanks for sharing!!!!

Lynnetta

I vote for more of these! I like watching people opening presents 😁

Catie Simpkins

Sign-off idea: So! *slaps knees* *awkward silence* “Well… so long”

Anna Kalata

It's at 12:53 in the video

Amanda Upchurch

So dang cute! Thanks for the info!

Amanda Upchurch

So....speaking of PO Boxes....What is your PO Box address? I have had a little gift for you for over a year now! LOL For the life of me I cannot find the address, I live in Massachusetts too, but I have yet to bump into you and be all like, "oh...hey! You don't know me, but I have a gift for you! Follow me to my car and I'll give it to you." *creepy* 😳

Moriah Painter

This was super fun and also I have a bunch of new shops to check out!

Krista Melton

If y'all have a Cost Plus/World Market near you, the mushroom mug is from there!!

mikayla12223

This was actually a fun video. Very chill change of pace and just plain interesting. I NEED one of those mushroom mugs 😩

Kerlia Rockwood

Loooove! I’ll have to keep my eyes open for something fun to send ya at some point! Mail is the best! And I am all for that mushy mug. High five to that genius! And it keeps the coffee warm?! Whaaaa? Brilliant!

Jennifer Gibson

Love being part of the Fellowship! I also vote for a hobbity farewell. 😊

ida

Lesley Young

That hand-drawn picture of Rachel was amazing, she really captured her.

Audri Scarborough

That was fun to watch. I like that your are so humble, you are a good old soul❤ I'm excited to be a part of your Patreon. With happiness, Audri

Deva Lael Lune

The mail song is most of what I remember from Blues Clues, actually. And always appropriate when you get mail.

Andrea Z.

Frodo looks amazing as Harry Potter! So cute! <3

Janet O'Brien

I loved the Harry Potter thing for the pup. So Cute!!

Heidi/Tracy

Hi! It's Tracy (Eire). I would like LoTR / Hobbit quotes. Some of my fave people are LoTR/Hobbit people. :) Watching you make Sir Mouse rn, Rachel. Btw, let me know if you would like to read some wicked good books I've written based (loosely) on the LoTR/Hobbit universe. Okay. Going to get back to showing my sister you making mouse hands and feet out of clay. :)

Tricia Reed

Fellowship closing idea: Remember, not all that wander are lost. Thanks again for wandering with me. Your fellowship would appreciate a good LOTR quote like that.

Holly Neal

Loved this!! Did you get the Stranger Things card? You’d remember because Will’s face was super janky. 😂

Ainsley Mayersky

Frodo sniffing all the things is just the cutest 😭

Brittany Staples

A+ punnage! *chef's kiss

Brittany Staples

I loved watching this! It's lovely to see everyone's creativity - The Box o' Hair was a clear favourite

Niki McD

I believe ‘mugshroom’ was the pun you were reaching for

nicole

this was such a joy to watch, i love the complete chaos of the box of wigs XD like out of context it would seem slightly threatening, but in context we're all like OOO FREE HAIR *genuine excitement*. and of course, big thanks to mr frodo for being such excellent quality control/model <3

Zoey Koester

I appreciate the *serotonin* added to the day with this video!! A neat way to sign off might be: “Until we meet again, I leave you with this:” and then insert a shot of one of your trinkets / decor items / a weird, random, or creepy recent find in real life or online!

Julie Mendez

I love that mug!

Theresia Schmalian

It´s just so nice to watch thise. Lovs it <3 And sidenote: this could be waaayyy longer if you would want to do this :*

Rachael Ellis-Ingamells

I absolutely loved the mushroom mug!! And also thought potato corset on seeing the potato fabric!!

Whitney

Late to watching this, but I saw the potato fabric and my immediate thought was “potato corset”. Do with that what you will. 🥔

Mari Babette

Rachel for one of your projects you should totally do pair of these shoes:. https://www.facebook.com/100077831018193/posts/pfbid02C53JwPtJYcn89Ft7NS7BTq6ozs8PiPSnKD1qtPcrv4MqVTr7dVTsDGUc1NAt4e5ol/?mibextid=Nif5oz

Killedbyrabbits

I'm so glad for the PO box address in the end! I made something like 6 months ago that I was too scared to send to the box listed on older videos! I can finally send it!

NightshadeButterfly

...mugshroom ...?

Kaitlin

This was so fun!

Allison Akright

Frodo sneakin' in with that nasal patdown. Please give him a hug for me.

The Vintage Queen of Everything

Ukita Cosplay

Sara Wells

Alexandra Blackburn

Amanda Paul

The wincing I was doing watching you use that Stanley knife to open the boxes is the exact looks people give me when I do ise one. Chaos clutz full circle lol.

Amanda Paul

YES.

Sarah G

I commented before I watched the video! Lol!

Mari Babette

The Patreon YT channel link to Instagram is not you: https://www.instagram.com/racheldarling_/

spoogysprouts

Do we know if David has a shop etc? That print is really pretty

Lauren Murray

I don't know if you named the mouse knight yet, but may I submit: Sir Didymouse.

Rox

Weeeeeell it was such wholesome and cute content, thank you for giving us this kind of video it's amazing ! 😊 "Until the fellowship gather again" could be fun I guess ?

Tova Svensson

I love your unboxing videos, they're so cozy. It would be fun if you did some redbird vintage box unboxings, I miss those!

Cate Keesling

“Fly you fools!” As a sign off 🪄🧙‍♀️

Victoria Fair

That was good cozy fun times ☺️ I don't have a sign off suggestion, but maybe if we have another unboxing, the gifters social info could go in the video description too?

Ashley Lucero

The amount of serotonin this video gave me ✨✨✨ was perfection

Kit Midgley

If it’s still the same as in 2021 - Rachel Maksy, PO Box 1819 (or 1619) Plymouth MA, 02362 I took a screen shot of it once upon a time just in case 😅

Hannah

if you're signed into the same youtube account on your phone/computer and tv, then you can open it in youtube from patreon, then open it on your tv from your watch history. hope that helps!

Bethany Aitchison

I sent something in last year and never heard back and I was so worried because I’m not in the US and was afraid of mystery postal systems, but then you posted a picture of a batch of PO Box goodies on your Instagram and it was in there - I’m so glad you like getting random trinkets haha.

Rose Usenica

What a delight! I'm glad you're recieving nice things and it's a treat to get to see it. Thank you for sharing your happiness with us

Carole Moore

I love this!!!! I feel so spoiled that we still get a video.

Sarah G

What is your PO box? Because... reasons.

Sally Sue Magoo

“Ahoy Patreon” is clean and to the point.

Sarah Leidhold

My pup also thinks every package is for him after experiencing Bark Box deliveries. Thank you for this cozy video!

Darla Sparrow

Oh yes please! Happy to watch PO box vids over here!

Alicia

Love this video love a cozy sesh ☕️

Claire Warner

My partner and I watched this video together and as soon as you said Frodo has a bark box that he opens we both agreed we need a Frodo unboxing video! Such a fun video this week!

Ivy C

this brought me SO much joy!!! now I'm gonna have to send some mail :)

Elizabeth Garza

This was so great! Love your videos and daaaang all those things are so cute and such talent!

Kimberly H.

The phonology book reminded me of my sister’s diaries. She wrote them in shorthand so no one could read them (at least no one in the house could)…thing is she had them many many years later, and said she couldn’t remember how to read them anymore…😒

Stacy Robnett

Loved it!! Now I can’t wait to write you and send goodie’s when I come across them 🥰

quinncy ♡

a cozy lil hanging out chat is just what i need!💗

Hailey Voytal

“Thanks for pal-in’ around with me in Patreon” is my suggestion for your sign-off here 😆

Ashley Quam

The 5,583 of us feel so special that WE still got a Friday video! 😁

Melanie Smith

YES!!! More of these. Please. :)

Amber Rhodes

This is so fun! Thank you

Brocc

Awwh this was so lovely!! I love how Frodo was convinced there was something for him in amongst the candles XD they must smell super good! Also, mugshroom supremacy 🍄☕

Bizbot

Aaaaaah this gives the good serotonin hit 😌

Sara Chitwood

This is the content hat makes us love you so much!!

Ella Miss

I really enjoyed this! Thank you.

Dave & Kim Tew

This is the kind of #COZY personalized content I was hoping for with a Rachel Patreon. Just breezy friendly vibes - a cameo or two from 4 legged friends and some vintage sugar and spice. 💛🧙‍♂️ - Thank you for trusting in the community

Kat

So cute. This was a very nice and cozy video to watch with my morning coffee. Frodo looked adorable!

Amy Seaman

The pun you were searching for was Closed Cup Mushroom

Aunt Heidi

Harry Potter

Aunt Heidi

Frodo makes a handsome

Mama Turtle

🖤💜🖤💜🖤

Anne Marije van der Meer

On my ipad I click on “youtube” to open the youtube app and then chromecast it to my TV or add it to a playlist, I think that would also work for roku?

ElizabethTheMermaid

My dog also thinks that anything I get is actually for him

Sarah

I wish I could figure out how to watch this on my roku TV....can anyone help me out?

The Band Wagon

All the smelly stuff, I think Frodo was also like, "Must inspect ALL the smells!"

ofelili

So many nice people sending so many nice gifts. Very tempted to send something through now :) those soups at the beginning looked so luxe though, woahh!

Mallory Ann Shannon

This was lovely! I love watching folks open and appreciate their gifts. 🥰

Madame Clochette

Well this was a bit of fun! I can't believe how nice (and insanely talented) people are. Gets me in the feels.

Morgana McLain-Barnett

Lol the couch looks like it has bellybuttons

Kenzie Anne

That was a great shot of serotonin. And 1000000% yes Goonies!!!

Buffy R Cary

I always love watching unboxing videos, especially of the mail kind. It just brings me joy. 💕

Purrabelle

As someone who absolutely loves opening packages and presents, I found this such a treat to watch!

Fran H (Siigii)

Ahhh lovely cosy video ❤️

Mallory

An absolute joy to watch!! As a fellow Tolkien nerd, maybe an appropriate sign off might be something like : I'm going now. I bid you all a very fond farewell. Goodbye. (Puts on the ring and disappears...) But make it cute 😂 💕

Anne-Marie Robart

I love this Rachel and had a blast opening things with you. Shall keep my eyes open while thrifting for treasures for things that I think you may enjoy. Thank you for sharing with us and trusting us with your POBox.

Elizabeth_G

Mugshroom! They sold them at a few places like world market. They have bowl ones as well with the mushroom top. I got the classic red with white spot one.🍄

Meghan Callahan

The Bark Box problem is real! Sorry to disappoint you pup - this is merely a USB cable!

crankiest.pancreas

we haven't gotten a barkbox in a few months now and my pupper STILL thinks every package is for him lol

Vegh Isabelle

This was such a joy to watch, perfect 2:43 am video right before bed to go to sleep with cozy vibes✨

Skye

On the podcast Morbid, they would thank their patronuses. Lol

Rhyoxene

Sign off: “I love you because we are the mlem-o-ship” (me, trying to be witty to mix fellowship and Maksy)

Sarah Posie

Assuming that you’ll post to Patreon on Fridays, maybe your sign off could be “thank you for joining me for “Fellowship Friday”

FiberTerian

Very sorry for your loss. (((hugs)))

Edith

Yay! Glad the patterns made it to you 😌

FiberTerian

https://www.swansonsfabrics.com/shop Great option for throfted fabrics. It might take a while to find something that you like but super low prices and they update every Thursday.

Barbara Baker

Sign off: Finger guns or something about the fellowship

Amanda Menjivar

Maybe the Fellowship sign off can be LOTR-related?

Katie LeMay

You scared me several times with how you were wielding that boxcutter 😮

Katie LeMay

Jemimah Brewster

Delightful!!

Anna of Cleves ❦

Thanks for the coziness 💕 watched this while getting ready to go to a ballet. You’re the best xx

Tim Chuma

Mailing times and prices are still way too long and way too expensive. I know people who stopped selling overseas or have gone back to buying from shops.

Liliana Vera

I'm loving this so much 🍄🍄❤️❤️

Kathleen Painter

Aw thank you :) It’s the model that really made it work ❤️

Milmil

Not me legit crying at Frodo in his lil costume 🧡

Amy Short

Instantly thought mugshroom, it’s the perfect name!

Marissa Bulso

Oh, and I loved seeing everything you were sent!! Great cozy video.

Marissa Bulso

I definitely saw the mushroom mug and thought, “That is a mugshroom.” But I have to agree with Jess Giampetro…mushmug sounds so much more fun out loud! Like something straight out of Narnia that you’d find on a tree stump picnic table. 😭❤️🍄

Katie Sawyer

She gives the PO Box address on screen at 12:51

yamigirl2356

Love the cozy sit down video!! Feels like we are all just chilling together. Those were some awesome things people sent you!!

Jill

It was super cute Kathleen! Well done. ❤️

Jules Hansen

This could be my sleep-starved brain talking, but I was cackling at the idea of Rachel's custom Patreon sign off being "EXPECTO PATREONUM". 😂

Caryn Jones

Loving the cozy unboxing vibes 💗 I decided to go with my afternoon life blood, DIET COKE, as my beverage of choice and it felt like a perfect pairing! I look forward to seeing more of these in the future!

Alex A

This was my sign. I am buying that mug from world market LOL

FenMura

So sweet. Btw if you all really like old clown stuff boy do I have some handsome lads to share on here. Lol handmade by my grandma 👵 🤡

Jac and the making of

T-T they don't ship to Canada. Looks like I can score it through etsy though =)

Derrillynn Parker

How much fun!! Also, where can I find this magical PO Box to reach you in 8 months????

Annie Burton

I have a suggestion for the outro videos of Patreon, how about you dress up Frodo differently each outro And he says something goofy

Jess Young

Okay so I know the fellowship-approved term is clearly mugshroom but I feel like we're all missing a prime opportunity to call it a mushmug which is just so much more fun to say out loud.

The Joyful Spitfire

Love to see a good cozy uunboxing!! Everyone is so talented, creative, and humorous :)

Christina Paz

Yay! Thank you for this video. I agree, I'd love to see these from time to time here in Patreon!

Dreamingofpemberly

Yes, more po openings but heads up, one of your old videos on your YouTube channel, the one that had channel update fron 2021 had it on there in the description. Just wanted to let you know so you knew it was on there too... Also, ending with safe journeys and until next time, with help of the almighty helper google, Namárie Mellon Na lû e-govaned, which is Elvish for goodbye friend until next we meet.

vportala329

World Market sells those mugs, they have the brown capped mug, the red capped with white polka dots 🍄, and the yellow capped with white polka dots.

Bri

damn yall are so kind and talented! i love this fellowship <3 edit: ok but frodo looking so smart in those glasses

Surina Slack

Dressing Frodo as Harry Potter reminds me of how Daniel Radcliffe and Elijah Wood often get confused for one another, it's very on brand

Dean Martin

Frodo is so cute! That scarf is so perfect for him! Also, how dare you disrepect The Mummy like that!

vportala329

Rachel thank you so much for sharing this with us, I immediately had to order some goods from @wonderingoaksoap because those scents sounded heavenly and I’m obsessed with anything that might smell vaguely ENT-ish 🌲🌳 Btw, absolutely loving the hair! ❤️

Helena Zephyr Alexandri

I'd love to see more PO box opening vids <3 it's like watching a friend open all their birthday gifts and seeing their reaction when they open yours. Maybe do it as a monthly or every other month thing, so that it's not super overwhelming.

Piyratheon

Mugshroom! Absolutels adorable!

Jill

I’m so sorry for your loss. 💙we’re here for you.

Dana Plank

It's posted at the end of the video! I have to go back in and write it down but she put it on the screen

Dana Plank

Yes!! I second the recommendation for mugshroom

Katherine O’Neil

I bought that mushroom mug from World Market just last week! It’s so great!

Enasni Vee

Wow wow wow people are so creative!

Yaraffinity

Why don't you end Patreon videos with a quote from The Hobbit: "May the hair on your toes never fall out"? Cause that's the farewell that I need but never got provided 😂 anyway, loved watching this! Yes to more of these cozy unboxings! 🥔

Rachel Maksy

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Anna O.

It's at the end of the video.

Kathleen Painter

Literally same 😭

Kathleen Painter

Ever been more starstruck than seeing Frodo wearing a scarf that I made 😭 The entire time making it, whenever I made a mistake, I had your voice in my head Rachel saying “It’s totally fine….it’s a dog costume!” 😅 (from your wishbone costume episode I think haha)

MyPatreonAccount

no bother! just adding to your to-do list for you 😬

Leigh

DAT SOAP, THO!!! Thank you for posting the handle for the soap, because I need those with a MIGHTY NEED!!!! Also this video was very cute and I enjoyed seeing you open nice things! And I really REALLY enjoyed seeing Frodo a) sniffsniffsniffsniff all the things, and b) dress up like Hairy Pawter.

It's saying "this video is private" now I REALLY need to know what's being unboxed... it must be something crazy secret squirrel 😁

Robyn Bryan

Does anyone know good online places to get discount upholstery fabric or outdoor material? I am reupholstering our camper cushions and want something cute 🥰
