Could do 3pm, but I voted for 7pm because that gives me the most time between coming home from school and the livestream. I might actually be able to follow along if its at 7pm! Great recipe! For your time keeping, keep in mind that the apple mix needs to cool completely (I guess 20ish minutes in the fridge if you stir from time to time) and the pies are supposed to be chilled before you bake them for another 20min. So 1h from start to finish will be tight, I'd give it more like 2-2.5h, depending how much you chat with us :3

Considering its on a thursday its much more difficult for it to be middle of the day for the majority of us who are 9-5 ers but the later time is more difficult for our international friends! I’m wondering if waiting for an available weekend day would be a better option :)
