Rachel, next time have different consistencies for your royal icing. I know it was challenging because you ran out of sugar. The runny one is good for flooding the cookie. (When you want to fill the whole cookie with icing) Detailed consistency should be toothpaste like, that's ideal for piping designs and intricate details. There is an in between consistency that is a hybrid of the two, which good 3d details that cover a large area. Always chill dough after you cut shapes out for 15 min to avoid spreading. Great for pie crust details too. 😊

To Tommy's only watching the first half of Titanic - as a kid I first watched Sound of Music as a kid at a friend's house, and it was getting late, so we stopped after the wedding scene. It was YEARS later before I learned that wasn't where the movie ended.

I've never been to Tennessee, but the Titanic museum described in the livestream sounds like the traveling exhibition from 20 years ago. You got a boarding pass and carried it with you through to the end and tried to see of your passenger survived. I also remember the block of ice that you could touch, which was still not as cold as the water the night of the sinking.
