Behind the Scenes on our Immortality Shoot
🕑 Added 2023-04-30 09:33:26 +0000 UTCHey folks!
We've a couple of upgrades coming to the Patreon over the next month or three and part of this new strategy is putting more work into behind-the-scenes exclusives for patrons.
During covid our monthly Patron Shows became the "catch all" for any news and clips that came from current projects. And there wasn't much to "film behind the scenes" because I was stuck at home like the rest of you, and I sort of fell out of practice.
So I've been talking to Frank about helping to film more BTS stuff from now on - even coming up to the studio in Novato once in a while to work from there and film all the BTS stuff I don't have time to. To get the ball rolling we invited Frank down to our Immortality shoot and he filmed a bunch of b-roll and turned it into a little VLOG about how the day went.
And the Patreon video player has had a few updates since we used it last so let's give it a whirl.

Really cant wait for this doc. I hadnt heard of the game until you guys went on about it on the pod, then played it over christmas and while I had trouble finishing it, it is a very special gem! One of the most interesting games ever and hopefully one of the most interesting docs ever!

Thanks mate, that worked β₯οΈ Actually a bit surprised, that casting feature is rarely available in Android apps so I didn't even think about checking π

I've just tried right now. It seems to work if you open the patreon post on the patreon app (you'll see the cast icon in the bottom right after starting the video). Couldn't make it work with the browser version of patreon (aside casting the whole screen ofc)

Maybe from the Patreon android app? It should be using the android player so the option to cast might be available

Nice little piece, that. Looking forward to the doc, it was my GOTY in a pretty stacked year

You could cast your entire Screen from your Android device to Chromecast to watch the video on tv.

Yes I'd also like to know this.

Does anyone know if it's possible to cast these patreon-only videos from an Android device to Chromecast like regular YouTube videos?
