Great work as always. FYI it's Pike Place market, not Pike's place (@ around 27 minutes). Seattleites will grumble about that a lot :)

Incredible. I was at GDC too last week and was talking to Derek Yu about how I was happy to get away from the Dwarf Fortress edit and suddenly he points past me and says "oh, there's Tarn now". It was both awesome and a surprise to see him there. But the coolest part was I got to see Derek and Tarn meet for the first time - both of whom knew each other's work really well. Tarn is awesome. And GDC is too.

Great episode, the bank transfer section was quite fun. I was at GDC last week to support a couple friends doing a talk. One of them, Colin, had setup a meeting with Tarn because he was working on his own epic procedural generation game and wanted to pick Tarn's brain. His meeting was at 2pm. He was supposed to join us for the GDC Awards but he didn't make it. After the awards got out we were joking that since Colin loves to talk and I was pretty sure he'd hit it off with Tarn they might still be talking. At about 9pm we get a text and sure enough Colin just kept talking to Tarn to the point that they grabbed dinner together 😆

Man... I really wasn't sure if this one would be for me. I wasn't even sure I'd get how the game works. But after watching this I feel like... I've been part of something. That I've witnessed something profound. Even though I haven't played a single second of DF. Well done, lads. Give yourselves a nice pat on the back for this one. Can't wait for the finale. Just: Thank you!
