I always like to point out the fact that of all the main players on Seido, Furuya was the only one who joined the team through the regular school system! So Maki was upset Seido didnt invite him but he still could have joined the school like a normal student and tried out for the team just like Furuya did! Furuya - 1 Maki - 0

Catching up on the uploads, but wanted to say that in a recent interview after becoming the cover athlete for MLB The Show 22, Shohei Ohtani mentioned that Diamond no Ace was one of the books that has inspired him in his baseball career. Super cool dude. In his breakout year last season, all of us Ace fans were comparing him to Furuya because of his pitching and batting lol

"Wakabae" might be the best nickname you could give Wakana lol. Also I love how Tanbas like the only pitcher we've seen that audibly makes a noise everytime he pitches lol "BOOSH" all day with him
