Obligatory Yearly Post: A 4e Module?
🕑 Added 2021-12-31 22:56:06 +0000 UTCGreetings and salutations, and Happy New Year to those stuck using the Gregorian calendar!
As usual, all the interesting day-to-day activity and updates can be found in the #announcements and/or #changelogs channels in our Discord, so this post is something a bit different.
Aside: For those of you with no love for "D&D: Tactics," fear not, normal service will resume shortly. This was my for-fun project over my Christmas break. Rest assured that I do not intend to become a 4e module developer.
Starting today, Patrons will have access to an additional subscriber-only module, "Salphar," a Foundry module which extends <unnameable module> to support D&D4e. A link to the current zip can be found in the "Salphar" thread, in the #court of esteemed nobles channel in our Discord.
The feature set is short and sweet:
- The ability to import creatures
- A (effectively GM-only) combat condition automation macro
See attached for an overview of each, which should look familiar to those of you who have used my other Foundry module. More info can be found in the aforementioned threads.
And I think that just about covers it. As always, thanks to all you lovely Patrons for your continued support; I wouldn't be able to do what I do without it. 2021 has not been an ideal year, but I'm hopeful for 2022--and since my plans don't hinge on whatever the global pandemic is doing, I'm sure nothing can go wrong.
Until next time, stay safe out there.
