The switch of heroes is a non-issue. Like you guys said, the only people who will care just want internet attention. The episode itself was great and I can't wait for the rest of the season.

The switch of heroes was jarring, but only because countless franchises try to connect every thread for the diehard fan. Ultimately, will it play a factor in the bigger picture? Maybe not, so it’s easy to just move on from this and enjoy the show.
