Development on The Outer Worlds video is proceeding at a satisfactory pace, which is weird for me. I'm producing this one differently than previous ones. Typically, I record all the game footage during my play-through and then write the script around what I've recorded. When making the Fallout 4 video, this meant I had about 300GB of footage to sort through, and ended up having to replay the game about 3 times in total during the editing process to get all the footage I needed. This time, I've finished a full play-through and am writing a script before recording any footage. I'm hoping that recording while editing is going to be a smoother and faster process. That being said, this video is also likely going to be much shorter than my previous ones, owing to the fact that The Outer Worlds is a much shorter game. This also might be the reason I feel good about my progress so far, despite being sick the last two weeks and unable to record.
As part of the writing process, I also have to choose what the next video will be on. I was originally planning for it to be Starfield, but now I'm thinking the Shattered Space DLC won't be out before it's time to produce the next one. I was thinking I would start on the Dragon Age series since Veilguard is coming out this fall (allegedly), but as my patrons, I also thought it would be a good to hear your input. So if you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I may also consider putting it into a poll later this month.
