SUNCHASE HEIGHTS ESTATES NEIGHBORHOOD
🕑 Added 2022-01-13 14:08:11 +0000 UTC
Hey, here's my completed neighborhood Sunchase Heights Estates. This neighborhood includes 5 ready-to-move in homes with 1 fully furnished home. This lot will work with LilMsSam's Roomate mod allowing you to have up to 20 sims living within the empty homes.
I hope you enjoy and tag or mention me in your post if you use it!
I just ask that you do claim any of my sims or builds as your own.
do not share the link to download this lot to others. it will be released publicly on 1/28.

THE FILES 'DECOR0822' + 'DZSkinDetails' CONTAIN SEVERAL MERGED FILES AND ARE IMPORTANT FILES TO DOWNLOAD. (I was not able to unmerge these files since it was a file created with an older version of Sims 4 Studio that is no longer available).
HOW TO DOWNLOAD: https://www.sierrathesimmer.com/howtodownload
sn: If you notice something is missing, message me and let me know. I export all the custom content through Tray Importer and sometimes it won't upload everything.
I have 40,000+ files of cc. I do not intentionally ever not include any of the custom content used!

Sierra The Simmer
I put it in Del Sol Valley where the mansions are, but it can really go anywhere on a 64x64 lot.
