The whole drugs convo, don’t we remember taylor going to a weed party a few years ago ???

Justine Paulette

The first 2 minutes and I’m literally on the floor laughing. ‘Did you make a jooooke only a man coooould’ god, Madeline impersonator saves us all.

TayLyrics

My copium on Wi$hli$t: Maybe “they want that fat ass and a baby face” is supposed to be a reference to Kardashian influence/unrealistic, shallow Hollywood beauty standards? And maybe Taylor was trying to identify with more “real world” values by separating herself from that artifice??

Eva González

Dying at you both tag team, singing Sympathy is a Knife lolololol

Alison Bell

I actually 1000% agree with Hugo from Japan, and he made his point brilliantly lol.

Re: the Taylor/drugs conversation… as a homeschooled, evangelically raised woman, I never had any “illicit”/illegal drugs growing up (even now, I only tried weed after it was legal and used edibles to go to sleep—this is not a brag; I am boring), to this day I’ve never taken a drag on a cigarette, so I feel like Taylor and I have the same level of experience there… but I will say, when Midnights, and especially the “Lavender Haze” music video came out, I was like “oh, Taylor has had ketamine infusions (or other psychedelic therapy… I’ve only had ketamine infusions so I’m speaking from that experience). If you think about it, it would make sense… we know she was in a deep depression (from her songs!) during the pandemic; if she was indeed using alcohol to cope, I could see part of her treatment regimen being ketamine infusions or other psychedelic therapy. I’ll leave it there because I feel gross about speculating to that degree, but I’m just going off her publicly released interviews/music/music videos and drawing my own conclusions (also, I’m talking about physician prescribed and supervised ketamine infusions; I am not a doctor, I am not endorsing any kind of DIY treatments), as someone who was very drug naive and had a helpful experience with psychedelic treatments for extreme mental illness. Thank you and I’ll see myself out 👀

I just had to share this with the class. On the drive to my 3 year old daughter's preschool this morning,I decided to try again with Eldest Daughter. my daughter was looking like the main character staring out the window & then she goes "mum Taylor said she's not a bad witch, she's telling the people "no I'm a good witch!'' '. And honestly, petition for the line to be changed.
