First time I drew this as a sketch, I couldn't handle it. What I mean by couldn't handle it was when I was sketching Thomas kneeling and being all kinda flustered trying to be of service and Tamara all kinda flustered my heart couldn't take it. It couldn't TAKE IT
I'll be honest, I'm not totally happy with how I've been doing my last few comics. Not so much the style or content, but the fact I pretty much literally do them the night before. Impressive I can get them done but I am going to try and work on them more throughout the week so I don't wreck myself every Tuesday night. No promises though.

So nice of you to share that! I am always curious to hear which of my comics that people like the most, I can sometimes guess but the answers do surprise me sometimes. :D I'll for SURE be drawing more of these two being the absolute cutest, that's a guarantee. And thank you so much for your well wishes, I am doing my best to get a more sustainable routine going for myself. Living the freelance artist life and waiting for grants/work makes things a little up in the air, but gentle concern from lovely people like you and the slight frown and grumbles from my boyfriend have gotten me to be more considerate to myself. Glad I got across how well Thomas can read her! Nowadays you could potentially tell just from how they text how your significant other is doing. Dnd huh? And the thing with dnd is your players never do what you expect anyway. 😂 Ugh, yeah so speaking of working myself too hard, I got sick from my partners kiddo last week and it has absolutely knocked me OUT. Sleep has been completely messed up too, didn't fall asleep until 6am. 😠Thank you so much for your concern and saying something, its so super sweet to have you concerned for me! I'll admit I push myself too hard to get things done. I get possessed by this idea of 'I just want to see it' and then BAM its 5am. I promise I'll do better

The cuteness factor! Omg my heart. I can see why you couldn't handle it; this is beyond precious. I absolutely adore it. These two will be the death of me for sheer cuteness, I swear. <3 And the implication that Thomas knows, even from her just saying "fine" in a text, that she had a bad day and is happy to go out of his way to spoil her? Chef's kiss. Perfect. Beautiful. ALL OF THAT SAID, please do take better care of yourself in terms of comic completion. We love seeing these (at least I know I do), but your mental and physical health is important. Don't push yourself just to make content within a certain timeframe. I'm not sure what a healthy schedule will look like for you, but please do find it! Don't wear yourself out too much. (And if it makes you feel any better...I do similar when I'm running D&D sessions, with prep in literally the last hour before session a lot of times. But you can wing that a lot easier than you can drawing a comic, y'know? We all have bad habits, haha.)
