Well I'm certainly struggling a bit with this one, decided to completely redo much of the face, which I feel looks better. I think the lighter purple hair looks better with darker skin tones, but that's not something I have a lot of practice in so I'm having a difficult time trying to work it all out. I'm still basically just messing around with colors @w@. I definitely feel I overworked the initial sketch (trying to clean the line-work up, which often makes the piece more stiff) which was cute and I really liked, and so in the future might try more of the paint over the sketch method instead. anyway xoxo I hope you all had a nice weekend and are off to a good week, I'm almost done with classes for the semester yay!
