You’re not a big fan of crowded, loud places like this but some friends decided to drag you along for some drinks. The place smells like sweat and the music is mediocre at best, especially when paired with the bar patrons drunkenly singing along. Already you’ve turned down a few people that’ve tried asking you for your number and have taken relative cover at the corner of the bar with a drink in your hand. You look around, trying to distract yourself when your eyes come across a guy you’ve had your eye on for a while. He’d definitely make a good distraction. Shame he didn’t ever really seem interested in you. But as luck should have it, he isn’t much one for parties either and as he looks towards you, he offers a smirk and makes his way over through the crowd.
