Artifacts Factory
🕑 Added 2021-05-08 11:31:00 +0000 UTCHey, folks! In the puffs of steam, mixed with a strong scent of magic we invite you to the Artifacts Factory. This massive building is one of its kind, as it's the only place producing real, magical artifacts on a commercial scale. Anyone, who has mastered their craft, is welcome here - tinkers, woodworkers, mages, smiths and even scribes.
The map will be a delightful place for grand combat or a stealthy mission. Large free spaces below and the series of walkways on the top will most surely provide more than enough for an interesting encounter!
Test the latest inventions, try out magical gadgets or simply gaze in awe at the wonders of the Artifacts Factory!
Adventure hooks ideas:
- The artifacts factory has recently proudly created a new generation of clockwork golems... Who could have predicted that the three machines will go rogue the next day? Anyways the poor workers stood no chance against them. They retreated. The owner of the factory offered any item from the factory's storage to anyone able to fend the danger off.
- It's too much. The conditions are awful. The boss is a beast in human skin. The pay is low. You are angry, beaten up and ready for a change. You need a plan, as you might have only one chance to rise up and cross swords with those above you. But if you work together anything is possible!
- The factory is currently run by a well-known gang, creating unreliable artifacts for a low price. The business for a long time wasn't a problem for anyone, slowly attracting customers to the town. Yet, suddenly the Artificers guild connected the dots and figured out that the gang has no license for such an activity. They sent their best troops to settle down the problem. The gangsters, and probably most of the citizens, will surely try to protect themselves.
