Chapter 28 Kiana: “Help!!”
🕑 Added 2025-08-31 14:19:12 +0000 UTCAfter fixing some minor bugs and having a good night's rest, Bronya is now full of energy.
The fifth place in the overall list gave her a shot in the arm. The excitement and a little pressure made her work harder.
The games at the bottom of the rankings are very competitive. First, maintain the top five positions and then consider further steps.
Taking advantage of yesterday's popularity, the previously unknown "Alahato α" welcomed the first wave of curious players attracted by word of mouth. They spent the morning even more hurriedly than yesterday.
Fortunately, Kiana is in good physical condition, otherwise she would have collapsed from exhaustion long ago.
At noon, the few of them ate a few bites of food in a hurry and then hurried back to the booth. There would be more people coming in the afternoon than in the morning. Kiana was already imagining her miserable experience in the next few days with a bitter face.
"Kiana, didn't you say last time that you wanted to go to the beach?"
Kiana, who couldn't hide her emotions, was soon noticed by Bronya, who walked up to Kiana and patted her on the shoulder.
"Ah? Yes, but isn't Mei's private beach under renovation and cannot be used?"
The school will be back for summer vacation soon. She had indeed mentioned this before, but since Mei, Sirin, and Seele don't like places with too many people, it was left unfinished.
"What if I can borrow a private beach in Europe?"
"Um?!!"
Suddenly, Kiana's eyes sparkled: "Bronya, you mean..."
Without explaining it directly, Bronya chuckled and glanced at Kiana with a raised eyebrow: "It all depends on how you perform these few days~"
Suddenly, Bronya felt her arm being pulled, and saw Kiana put on a weather-beaten face, looking at her with tears in her eyes: "Ki has been wandering for half her life, and only regrets that she has never met a wise master. If Bronya does not abandon her, Ki is willing to serve as..."
"Stop, stop, stop. I don't want to be a father now!"
Pushing Kiana's forehead open, Bronya said with some disgust.
"Hehe, this is just to set the mood. Boss Bronya, leave everything to me. I will make sure the task is completed!!"
It's not just the mental atmosphere. Compared to before, Kiana even stood straighter. It can only be said that Bronya knows how to make promises.
Soon, the players who had eaten and rested gathered together again. Looking at the heat wave that was even more violent than that in the morning, Kiana subconsciously held her breath and was ready for battle!
However, she soon discovered something strange.
Although there were more people coming, few of them stopped at Bronya's booth. Moreover, it seemed that these people had already decided on their destination after entering, and they were unwilling to even look at other places along the way.
That's strange.
It's a pity that she can't go over to find out what's going on now. Few people doesn't mean there are no people, and she still needs to receive them seriously.
Bronya also discovered this situation, but just like Kiana, she couldn't just abandon the other players present, so she could only silently suppress this doubt in her heart and wait to explore it later.
A few hours later, there was still some time before closing time, but no new players came to Bronya's booth to try out the game.
After explaining the rules of the game to the last player, Bronya looked around and walked over to Kiana, who had been idle for a while and was dozing off.
"Kiana, do you remember the flow of people in the afternoon?"
Kiana, who was awakened, rubbed her eyes, yawned, and spoke slowly.
"Those that are going in one direction, yes."
"Um."
Bronya nodded, gently touching her chin, and said thoughtfully, "There's not much to do at the booth right now. You go and see what's going on. I'll stay here."
"Um?"
Kiana was stunned for a moment, but after looking around at the few people in the venue, she nodded in understanding.
"Okay, I'll go over there and ask. If you have any questions here, remember to call me."
Kiana stretched her body, shook her long silver hair behind her head, and waved to Bronya with her back to her.
......
[Just a joke, going to the moon is ranked tenth from the bottom. ]
[Happy. I didn't realize it before, but I feel happy now that you said that.]
[Even going to the moon is only ranked tenth from the bottom, so the games in our mini-game festival must be very powerful (laughs)~]
[Our mini-game festival is really awesome~]
[Brothers, if you are at the scene, please go and support us. Voting on the Internet is very simple, but the enthusiasm at the scene cannot be reduced! ! ]
[Thank you for the invitation. I am in Saint Freya and on my way. ]
[Oh, brother, remember to take pictures. I want to send some souvenirs to this interesting designer.]
[Brothers, I'll tell you a number. Can you get first place in one afternoon? ]
The top-notch plot, plus Elysia and Eden Studio, this king-bomb combination was overshadowed by the pixel game on the first day and ranked tenth from the bottom. It has to be said that it is quite dramatic.
At this time, many people had started to become active in the barrage of comments in Sirin's live broadcast room.
After having fun with Sirin, they forgot about the crying anchor and used the live broadcast room as their chat room.
Some were sarcastic, some were just there for fun, and some were calling on everyone to support them. In short, everyone was chatting about their own things and it was very lively, with Sirin's unstoppable crying in the background.
Relying on the popularity of the live broadcast room, it can indeed bring a lot of traffic to Minamiya Yu's booth, but the real big share still comes from Elysia and Eden.
"What? Eden released a new song?"
"Huh? Not Eden? Not Eden, what do you mean... Eden Studio plus Miss Pink Fairy?"
"You should have said it earlier. Now I have no choice but to support you."
Such conversations filled the fan groups of Elysia and Eden, making the already lively group chat even more lively.
Many people living near St. Freya changed their afternoon plans and headed for the exhibition held in St. Freya.
After asking a few passers-by, Kiana soon found out the exact answer.
"It turned out to be Ayu's booth, hiss~"
An expression of surprise appeared on her face. Kiana remembered that Ayu said yesterday that not many people went to her booth. How come it was so popular today?
Could it be that Ayu was performing a striptease on the spot to attract attention?
With great curiosity, Kiana walked towards Minamiya Yu's booth in the next venue.
Then, the next scene shocked her deeply.
As soon as she entered the other exhibition hall, she felt it was quite crowded. Kiana walked around twice before finally getting closer. However, the layers of people in the hall made it impossible for her to see the scene inside clearly, and the noisy conversations also made it impossible for her to hear the sounds inside.
Even the staff of the surrounding stalls had left, so Kiana simply found a corner with some debris and climbed to the top along the debris. Soon, she had a clear view of the entire venue.
Her eyes quickly locked onto the center of the crowd, which was also the location of Minamiya Yu's booth. Kiana saw them sitting down on the ground in rows until the booth and the open space were filled up, staring at the big screen in the middle of the booth as if they were watching a movie.
The picture on the screen just changed, and relying on her excellent eyesight, Kiana could barely make out the scene on the screen.
Is this... a spaceship? A rocket?
Just as she was puzzled, a sudden scene frightened her so much that she almost fell down.
The audience sitting in the middle suddenly started crying for some reason. They were in tears, and some of them who were sitting close to each other even hugged each other. The crying sounds echoed in almost every corner of the exhibition hall. The feeling of sorrow and resentment almost enveloped Kiana's whole body and strangled her heart.
Kiana was trembling all over, her legs were a little weak, and her expression was becoming more and more terrified. Looking at the scene in front of her, she took out her cell phone with her right hand tremblingly, and soon, Bronya's call was connected.
"Kiana, what's wrong?"
Bronya's doubtful voice was a life-saving straw for Kiana at the moment. She clutched her phone tightly, and the veins on the back of her hand emerged: "Bronya, come and save me!!!"
