Chapter 58 The Palm Journey
🕑 Added 2025-09-05 14:29:21 +0000 UTCHappy time is like sand in the hand, slipping through the fingers inadvertently, and in the blink of an eye, it is almost the date when the group plans to return.
"We're leaving tomorrow."
At the seaside under the setting sun, Minamiya Yu and Ely walked side by side on the beach.
I don't know how Ely got Seele and Bronya away and found an opportunity to take him out alone to relax.
Turning around, the soft sunset reflected the somewhat unhappy expression on Ely's face. For a moment, Minamiya Yu even wanted to stay here with Ely forever, but he quickly suppressed the thought and nodded slowly.
"Well, the plane tickets were prepared before I came here, and I've played long enough this time, so I still have a lot to do when I return."
It has been almost half a month since Elysia arrived, which is quite a long time for relaxation and rest.
The research and development of Hollow Knight needs to continue to advance and strive to be completed before the end of the year. The CG of Kaleidoscope 4, The Girl Who Loves Crime and Punishment, which has the most amazing plot in the series, has also been drawn by the hard-working Eromanga-sensei. We just need to contact the sales channels after he organizes and packages it. By then, we will also need to design special features and other complicated things.
If I think about it carefully, there are still a lot of things to do. I guess I will have to spend every day at work when I go back.
"Well, however, during this period of time, Miss Fairy has been very satisfied~"
The lost expression quickly disappeared, and Ely quickly returned to being the fairy lady that Minamiya Yu was familiar with, who seemed to be always happy.
"Such a wonderful time cannot be wasted. Come on, Ayu, let's run together."
The empty palm was suddenly tightly grasped by a slightly cool little hand. Ely stood in front and led Minamiya Yu to run forward together.
The slippers were scattered, and the soles of the feet were stepping on the fine sand soaked by the tide, letting the splashing sea water draw mottled patches on the dry beach.
This kind of aimless running seemed to make him forget everything. The air flowing by his ears divided the world into two parts. It seemed that this space only existed with him and Elysia, who was holding his hand tightly.
Unfortunately, running on wet sand is not an easy task, and an accident soon happened.
Minamiya Yu felt his feet slip and his body weight suddenly tilted forward, causing Ely, who was being pulled along, to fall to the ground as well, and the two of them rolled together.
“Oh, it hurts.”
Minamiya Yu, who was pressed down, rubbed her waist. She was hurt by Ely when she fell just now. She must not ruin their future happiness.
"It's all your fault, Sister Ely. If you hadn't slipped, we wouldn't have fallen!"
Seeing Ely lying on top of him, also a little dizzy from the fall, Minamiya Yu immediately complained and asked angrily.
"Wow wow wow wow, Yu, you're actually putting the blame on me!"
Supporting her aching chest, Elysia immediately puffed up her cheeks and glared at him angrily.
"Who saw it? Is there any evidence?"
"you......"
"And it hurts me so much. Why don't you just stop calling me Pink Fairy and call me Pink Pig instead?"
I thought that since I had already started the trouble, I might as well be bold and do it in one go!
"Haha, Ayu, you finally said something you shouldn't have said. Take it from me!"
Taking advantage of the high position, Ely sneered and placed her two small hands on Minamiya Yu's sides. She knew someone's weakness very well.
Feeling her sensitive area being attacked, Minamiya Yu's expression suddenly changed, and she begged for mercy: "I'm sorry, Sister Ely, I was just possessed by a ghost. Now I want to be a good person, can you let me go?"
“It’s too late!!!”
As soon as she finished speaking, her two little hands began to scratch quickly, and soon, Minamiya Yu's uncontrollable laughter was heard on the beach.
After a while, Ely stopped when she saw that she was ahead. She breathed a sigh of relief and stood up. She turned her back to Minamiya Yu, who was still smiling stiffly, and said calmly like an expert, "The purity is too low."
As soon as she finished speaking, she turned around with a chuckle and helped Minamiya Yu up.
"I wanted to say that line a long time ago. Thank you, Yu, for fulfilling my wish~"
"...As long as you are happy, but I feel like I could say one more thing."
"Um?"
"That running under the sunset is my lost youth~"
"Haha, that's true~"
After laughing for so long, Minamiya Yu still felt weak all over, so Ely pulled him and they sat together on a large reef nearby.
The orange sunset looked increasingly gentle, and the approaching night brought a slight chill. The two bodies pressed tightly together, as if to transfer warmth to each other.
The height difference of nearly 20 centimeters made Ely lean on Minamiya Yu's shoulder naturally, and he also reached out and embraced her, making the two of them closer.
At the same time, their eyes were cast towards the setting sun that was gradually blending into the sea. The dreamy halo and magnificent scenery made them mesmerized for a moment. This might be the meaning of travel.
Thinking of traveling, Minamiya Yu suddenly said, "By the way, I remember Sister Ely, you had a plan to travel around the world. Why did you stop now?"
"Ayu still remembers this incident."
Ely smiled. Those were the words she wrote when she first created Miss Fairy's blog.
"Of course, I am your number one fan, Miss Fairy~"
When Minamiya Yu heard about this during a chat, he immediately went over and clicked on the follow button, successfully becoming the first fan with a fan number.
"Yes, why?"
Ely slowly relaxed her body and put almost all her weight on Minamiya Yu, which made them get closer together, as if they were about to merge into one.
"Maybe it's because traveling alone is too lonely."
It was fine at first, but since...
After taking a look at the young man beside her, Ely stretched out her arms, wrapped them around his neck, and perched directly on top of him.
This time it was really a voice in my ear.
The warm breath was mixed with an alluring whisper: "So I've been waiting~"
"wait?"
"Yes, I am waiting for another pair of footprints to accompany me on this journey~"
"!!!"
The almost explicit whisper made Minamiya Yu's heartbeat instantly reach its peak, and because they were pressed face to face, he couldn't suppress some special reactions.
At this time, the last ray of setting sun fell, and suddenly a beam of light rose into the sky along the other side of the coastline.
boom!
Brilliant fireworks bloomed in the sky. The brilliance at that moment overshadowed the light of the bright moon and stars, and also reflected Elysia's slightly red cheeks.
"Did you prepare these fireworks, Ely?"
"Well, do you like it?"
"like."
"That's good. Also, Ayu, you are not a good boy~"
She tried hard to maintain her dignity as an older sister, but her voice was trembling.
"Sister Ely, you should be more or less aware of your own charm. I feel that my self-control has already..."
His voice was suppressed by a slender finger. The endless fireworks made Elysia's cheeks red. She looked into his eyes and slowly squatted down. A layer of white mist lingered around the pink crystal.
"So, Ayu needs Sister Ely's help?"
"......"
The words were carried into Minamiya Yu's ears by the breeze, and his consciousness also fell into warmth.
