Chapter 450 I Curse You to Never Get Married
🕑 Added 2025-09-08 14:43:42 +0000 UTCKujo Fuu's graceful and elegant demeanor attracted the favor of several judges, but Akimoto Yasushi frowned.
In Yasushi's eyes, this girl behaves...
How to say it?
Somewhat out of place.
It’s not that this girl’s words and actions are a little eccentric or deliberately weird.
It's because the girl's words are too elegant, even a little retro.
Unlike the green tea bitch who deliberately spoke in a stilted manner to please Nanaya, the girl on the stage used words accurately.
This is not something that can be learned simply by imitating, but it is a habit that is naturally formed when people who really live in the upper class speak like this every day.
[Is it a coincidence? No, that's it. If that's the case...]
Yasushi had been in the upper class for quite some time, and he immediately realized that this girl must have come from one of the old Japanese families.
On the other side, it was much easier for Nanaya, because he immediately noticed the difference in the other party's choice of words.
The reason is simple, the other party's wording is too similar to Ori's.
At first, Nanaya just thought it was just a problem with Ori's speaking habit.
Later, when he became familiar with Ori, he realized that it was the speaking habit of Kyoto's upper class, or the original noble families.
As the heir of the Yoji family, Ori has been trained to speak in this tone since childhood.
However, Nanaya felt that those old guys had deliberately made this thing just to show off.
Then he was despised by Ori as a nouveau riche.
"This girl should be from the old noble family." Nanaya reminded Akimoto Yasushi in a low voice.
"Do I need you to tell me that?" Yasushi rolled his eyes.
However, Akimoto Yasushi did not show any strangeness on his face. He decided to keep calm and asked the girl, "Why did you come to participate in the selection of new members of Trier?"
"I've loved idols since I was a kid, and this time when I saw Trier was selecting new members for an event, I decided to join."
It was obvious that this was a draft that had been prepared long ago. Yasushi must have heard this clichéd remark at least nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine times, if not ten thousand times.
Guessing that the following content would be equally meaningless, Yasushi decisively read the information of this girl named Kujo Fuu.
However, Nanaya sensed something was wrong, or awkward, from the tone of the conversation.
How should I put it? It’s a very mysterious feeling.
Although the other party used accurate words and spoke fluently, Nanaya always felt that the other party was hiding something.
Just like Ori and Shiki can perfectly show outsiders what a real Japanese aristocratic lady is.
But those who are familiar with the siblings from the Ryougi family know that among them, only Ori has truly perfect manners, while Shiki is just pretending.
[Wait, style?]
Nanaya looked down at the information and found that the other party was from Kyoto.
And in the remarks column, the girl herself wrote [Kyoto Kujo Family].
Seeing this, Nanaya's mouth twitched. If someone dared to write like this, it meant that the other party was definitely that Kujo.
The Kujo from the Five Regents family.
The so-called Five Regent Families are the top of the old Japanese clans and are the five families with the highest family status.
Although the main family of the Five Regents moved to Tokyo with the emperor during the Meiji Restoration, the fact that he was able to get the surname Kujo means that he has a close relationship with the main family.
[What the hell is this? Shouldn't a young lady like this just stay at home and wait for death? ]
Just at this moment, a voice of understanding came from Shiki beside Nanaya.
"Shiki, do you know her?"
"Not really." Shiki scratched her head and whispered, "The Kyoto Kujo family is considered a branch of the Kujo main family. Well, but to be honest, this young lady is also half a royal relative. Probably not much different from her family."
Shiki pointed at Ryan who was on the other side of Nanaya.
"What?"
"After all, the daughter of the Kujo family married the emperor." Shiki looked at Nanaya with disdain, "This must be in the history textbooks. How did you get into university?"
"Really?"
Nanaya humbly turned his face away. Nanaya always memorized social sciences by rote and forgot everything after the exam.'
He had no idea what the Emperor's wife's surname was.
Although Nanaya Kazushiki spoke in a low voice, Yasushi next to him could still hear it clearly.
[What is a young lady of this standard doing here? She is not a candidate for the imperial examination, she is just a giant Buddha. ]
It's very difficult. Yasushi also rolled his eyes like Nanaya.
Akimoto Yasushi knew Shiki's identity. Although the Ryougi family was not an old noble family, it had very close relations with those bigwigs.
Since the other party said so, it must be correct.
Unlike a half-baked Japanese like Nanaya, the title of Five Regents Family is still very useful in Japan.
Although he had only asked two questions now, he had already decided in his heart to hire Miss Kujo.
Are you kidding? The young lady in front of me is a real aristocrat!
To put it bluntly, a noble lady of this level is willing to participate in the idol selection to give you face. If you really want to reject her, what will you do when the people from the Kujo family come to find you?
Akimoto Yasushi, you fat guy, do you look down on our family?
Do you want to stay in a luxurious cement suite underwater in Tokyo Bay?
Even if his quality is not good enough, this is not something that Akimoto Yasushi can interfere in. Let Washimine talk to the Kujo family himself.
Directly announcing his failure to be selected would be a slap in the face. A smart guy like Yasushi would not do such a brainless thing.
So Akimoto Yasushi whispered his thoughts to Nanaya, and Nanaya expressed his understanding.
Anyway, this young lady looks pretty good, and should be able to attract many fans just by her looks. If she really doesn't have the talent to be an idol, then she will just be left alone.
Just as Nanaya was thinking this, he noticed that Shiki was frowning and thinking about something.
"What's wrong?" Nanaya asked curiously.
Shiki said in confusion: "I once heard Ori mention that there is only one daughter in this generation of the Kyoto Kujo family."
"That should be her."
"Not really..." Shiki tilted her head and looked at Kujo Fuu on the stage, "I heard that Miss Kujo is very rebellious and often races motorcycles in the suburbs of Kyoto late at night."
"Could it be that she is a twin like me?" Shiki tilted her head, a little confused.
Nanaya did figure out some clues. The other party was probably pretending to be a well-behaved young lady on the outside, but was actually a rebellious and violent girl on the inside.
【Why does it feel so inconsistent? 】
“…”
Nanaya was speechless for a moment. He then realized that the other party’s initial introduction to horse riding was not about the noble lady liking to ride a real horse, but a motorcycle.
What can't you do as a young lady?
You are either a biker or an idol. Can't you have some slightly normal hobbies?
Nanaya recalled that another hobby of this young lady was raising wild boars.
Let me think back to Lily, the British lady who was a stay-at-home type.
Nanaya couldn't help but sigh, is there no normal and elegant young lady in this world?
What kind of monsters are these?
Nanaya and others in the audience were struggling, and Kujo Fuu on the stage himself could hardly hold back the smile on his face.
[Not ready yet? Can't you just let me pass? ]
Although Kujo Fuu is rebellious, she is not the kind of brainless girl.
In Japan, no one would reject the Kujo family.
Kujo Fuu hates rules, but she doesn't mind using the advantages of her family background to help herself pass the review.
Otherwise, she would not have noted that she was from the Kujo family on the information submitted for review.
Kujo Fuu was unwilling to become a puppet-like girl from a noble family arranged by her family, and then find a man to marry into her family to continue her offspring.
She didn't want to be a reproductive tool for her family, nor did she want to live such an ordinary life.
As a woman of the Kujo family, she hopes that everyone in the world can remember her name.
So she is rebellious and unique.
The reason she came to participate in Trier's new member selection this time was because she saw the potential of Washimine and Kiryu Nanaya and knew that they could help her become a big star.
If Nanaya knew what the young lady on the stage was thinking, he would definitely say this to Kujo Fuu:
Girl, you are suffering from a middle school syndrome. A beating from society can cure you.
But Nanaya didn't know. After all, he didn't have the ability to read minds, so he couldn't directly guess what this noble young lady was thinking.
Now Nanaya is also worried about what he should do with this young lady.
In terms of status and position, this young lady must be on the shortlist.
But according to Shiki, the other party was having fun in the suburbs of Kyoto all day, playing chicken with the police.
Whether it is really appropriate to recruit such people into the team is a question that Nanaya is very concerned about.
If the other party really wants to become an idol and obeys arrangements, then it's fine.
The other person has a good look and a nice voice. If he is trained well, he will definitely be a good talent.
I'm afraid that this young lady will take advantage of her status to do some trouble and finally make the whole Trier team in chaos.
Especially during the talent show, the other party actually chose "Showa Dry Grass Elegy".
This made Nanaya even more confused about this young lady.
Are you an old woman from the last century? You actually sang this song.
So, after entering the question-and-answer session, Nanaya asked Kujo Fuu a question before Akimoto.
"Hello, Miss Kujo."
"Hello, Director Kiryu."
"I want to ask, why do you want to join this team?" Nanaya stared at Kujo Fuu, "I want to hear the truth."
Kujo Fuu's mouth twitched, she heard the other party's hidden meaning.
She looked straight into Nanaya's eyes, but she had the illusion that she was seen through by him.
[Tsk, it seems like you know my true nature. Is it that guy from the Ryougi family who is talking too much? ]
Kujo Fuu looked at Shiki next to Nanaya unhappily and couldn't help but be secretly shocked.
Kujo, who didn't know that Ori had gone to North America to film a movie, thought that the person sitting next to Nanaya was Ori himself.
So in his heart, Kujo Fuu cast the most vicious curse on Ryougi Shiki.
[Men who talk too much, be careful that you may not be able to find a wife in the future, and end up living with the man next to you. ]
——————————————————————————————————————
"A-choo! That's weird, who is cursing me again? Is it Senior? Or Shiki?"
Ori, who was far away in North America, suddenly sneezed and scratched his head in confusion.
