OP Doctor - Ch 191
🕑 Added 2025-04-29 16:01:18 +0000 UTCChapter 191: This Is Treatment, Right?
Rayleigh stared at the giant plate of intestines.
Even though he was feeling pretty hesitant deep down...
Honestly, eating this amount of food isn’t even that big of a deal for someone in the world of pirates.
Vir had assured him it wasn’t that—it just looked similar.
And if even Whitebeard had gone through this...
Well, maybe it wasn’t so unbearable after all.
What truly swayed him, though, was Vir’s guarantee that it really wasn’t what it seemed.
If it was medicine, then even if it tasted awful, it shouldn’t be a big deal.
Of course, the most crucial point was that if he didn’t treat his injuries now...
He might not make it.
Blood was still gushing out.
Rayleigh might have seemed unfazed, but in truth, he was barely holding on.
Those three hadn’t held back at all.
He might not die without treatment, but the aftereffects could haunt him for the rest of his life.
With that thought, Rayleigh steeled himself.
He slowly picked up a section of intestine—neatly cut by Vir into uniform thirty-centimeter chunks.
He looked at the stuffing inside.
Caught a whiff of that pungent smell.
His old, wrinkled face scrunched up like a dried chrysanthemum.
His stomach started churning again.
But he gritted his teeth, closed his eyes, opened his mouth wide—
Here goes—!
Thirty centimeters.
Just enough to fit in his mouth.
He stuffed the whole thing in.
The moment the intestine hit his tongue—
That signature, unmistakable intestinal flavor exploded in his mouth.
The rich stuffing taste almost completely wrecked his taste buds.
Rayleigh’s wrinkly old face twisted even harder!
He wanted to swallow it.
But sadly...
Old Ray just couldn’t do it!
He opened his mouth to spit it out—
But! The moment his lips parted, Vir’s gloved hand was already there, shoving another segment straight in.
It perfectly plugged the one he was about to spit out.
And not just that...
It was rammed straight down his throat.
Rayleigh didn’t even have time to react—
Two chunks were already down his gullet.
And before his throat could even catch up, another seven or eight pieces followed.
“You already started! No backing out now, old man! Don’t let it all go to waste!”
Vir’s words were relentless—and so were his hands.
In that moment—
Rayleigh lost it.
Yep, Old Ray snapped again.
He just wanted to say:
What the hell is this?!
What do you take me for?!
A conveyor belt?!
And the worst part was—he couldn’t even sit up!
His barely-lifting hands were being pinned down by Vir’s foot.
Those slender hands of Vir’s moved with a slippery precision—
Like they were coated in honey or something.
This... wasn’t what they agreed on!
Wasn’t this supposed to not be the real deal?!
Then how the hell does it taste worse than the real thing?!
Poor old man Rayleigh...
Too tragic!
Vir, wearing a gas mask and sterile gloves, showed zero hesitation.
He’d already figured it out—
Rayleigh wanted to give up.
But the moment that first intestine entered his mouth...
The old vet’s treatment had already begun!
Once treatment starts, there’s no turning back!
On the operating table, only the doctor calls the shots!
The patient’s only job?
Lie there and take it!
You won’t eat? I’ll put it in your mouth for you!
You won’t swallow? I’ll shove it down your throat!
Still not working?
Deeper.
If that doesn’t do it—
We cut you open and deliver it straight to the stomach!
True one-step delivery service.
[Ding! Congratulations, Host! You’ve earned 280,000 negative points!]
[Ding! Congratulations, Host! You’ve earned 220,000 negative points!]
[Ding!...]
Watching the flood of negative points roll in, Vir's hands worked even faster.
Not bad, Old Ray.
You’re the most durable when it comes to negative point farming with this method.
Everyone else drops from 500,000 to 200,000—
You only dropped 80,000.
Good.
Eat.
Eat the good stuff.
More.
MORE!
“Hah~! Hah~! Hah~!” Vir punctuated each shove with a sound effect.
Everyone present just stood there—stunned.
Yamato had already finished throwing up.
Her stomach was completely empty.
Now, watching Vir’s merciless force-feeding...
She was horrified.
What... what is that?!
Sure, she’d been forcibly treated by this guy before—
But at least he hadn’t shoved it down her throat!
Is this stuff even edible?
Apparently yes...
But is it actually good?
Looking at Rayleigh’s convulsing body—
Yeah no.
Absolutely not.
Chopper, who had long since fled into Robin’s arms, peeked through his hooves at the scene.
Bonney, also done vomiting, hid behind Robin, cautiously observing.
As for Robin herself—her brow was furrowed hard.
Forcing an old man to eat intestines...
This whole scene was... disturbing.
Just imagining the taste, the sensation—
Robin was already on the verge of breaking.
She really wanted a gas mask right about now.
Chopper, meanwhile, was torn between curiosity and horror.
Was this really a viable healing method?
Rayleigh seriously looked like he was about to suffocate...
Could this technique even be taught?
Could he even learn it?
Watching Vir’s seamless, rehearsed-to-perfection feeding method...
Chopper honestly doubted he could replicate it.
And Bonney?
She only had one question in her mind:
Just now... didn’t someone say Vir was gonna treat the Dark King Rayleigh?
But now...
How the hell does any of this count as treatment?!
Since when does treatment look like this?!
Is the whole point just to leave the patient too traumatized to speak?!
Rayleigh: I would scream, but I can’t!
