I usually just only choose the first place winners from the polls. Then the 3rd one is from the character request for the gold tier+. And the last character I either choose myself, or choose someone from the polls or character request again.

I second this, there’s a lot of untapped potential for characters who don’t have much art made for them (Usually due to lack of popularity or familiarity). Even underrated characters deserve some attention too.
